⚠️ Bins can not be loaded above the top rail - level loads only. Any debris which is loaded above the top rail of the bin will be required to be removed by the renter of the bin before it can be picked up.
⚠️ Your Bin will be delivered and picked up on the specified day as stated on your invoice, please make sure the area where you have directed the bin to be dropped is clear of debris, vehicles and obstructions to allow the driver to safely deliver and drop the bin and avoid delay or a return charge. Please feel free to call us at 519-796-4539 if you would like your bin removed prior to your invoiced removal date and we will make every effort to get it out early for you. Unpaid invoices will be subject to interest charges.
⚠️ Weight over your allotted invoiced tonnage is charged separately at the cost of $70 + HST per ton and must be paid immediately upon receipt of second invoice.
⚠️ Additional charges may apply as follows:
1) Overloading your bin - Where the renter is not home to remove items and driver needs to level out the load or remove debris from your bin to make it safe to transport. $70 + HST
2) Return Charge - If a driver is unable to deliver or pick up the bin on the designated day due to obstructions, vehicles or any other obstacle a $70 + HST return service charge may apply if we have to make a second attempt for delivery.
A second invoice for any additional costs incurred for the above mentioned items will be emailed to you to be paid immediately.
⚠️ Tommy Bins uses wood under our bins to protect your property. We want to make you aware of the possible trip hazard this may cause. Tommy Bins is not responsible or can be held liable for any possible damage or injury as a result of the wood used to protect your property while our bin is on your premises. You as the customer (Renter) are responsible for the safe loading of the bin. Tommy Bins can not be held responsible or liable for any damage to property or injury to anyone as a result of improper, unsafe loading.
